Mr. Wong is
a graduate of the University of Sydney with a Bachelor degree in
Economics, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in
Australia and an associate member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants.
Mr. Wong has broad experience in dealing with different kinds of
corporate transactions. He was a member of the Hong Kong Corporate
Advisory team in an international investment bank and was in charge
of the entire listing process of Value Convergence Holdings Limited
(HKSE code 8101), formerly known as iAsia Technology Limited. Immediately
prior to joining the Company, Gordon was the Chief Financial Officer
of iSinolaw Limited and was in charge of all its financial matters.
