Dr. Jun-Sing Lee,
is a graduate of the Chemistry College of Wooster, Ohio in 1967
and he completed his PhD. study in Physical Chemistry at Indiana
University at Bloomington, USA in 1976.
Dr. Lee is a successful local entrepreneur who did his postdoctoral study at Johns Hopkins University.
He is a director of several companies, among them is a listed company in the HK Stock Exchange.
In 2001, he co-founded BCT with Dr. Paul Cheng. Since then, Dr.
Lee has been instrumental in the setting up of the company as well
as the day-to-day operation, and has directed the company to the
present stage of development. In early 2006, Dr. Lee and Dr. Cheng
have successfully raised over HK$30 million for the further development
of BCT-100.
Mr. Chang received
his M.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and
is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He started his professional career in a major international accounting
firm and has over eight years experience in public accounting in
Hong Kong and Toronto.
Prior to joining Morningside in 1991, Mr. Chang
held senior positions in several international manufacturing and
trading companies. He sits on the board of several private companies
in Asia and North America. Mr. Chang formerly served as a board
member of the publicly-traded companies Sohu.com and Media Partners
International Holding Inc.
