Chief Executive Officer: Dr. Paul N.M. Cheng, MBBCh, MD, FRCP(Lond), FRCP(Edin), FRCP(Glas), FHKAM, FHKCP, FHKCP, FHKAM (Medicine), FAMS

Dr. Cheng, a graduate from the University of Wales College of Medicine in 1979, is certified by the Hong Kong College of Physicians as a specialist in Advanced Medicine, Clinical Hematolgy as well as Medical Oncology.

Dr. Cheng received hematology training in the UK and his medical oncology training at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. He was a faculty staff at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Since taking up the role of CEO of BCT in 2001, Dr. Cheng has contributed significantly in the understanding of the science of arginine depletion in cancer as well as the daily operation of the company.

Executive Assistant to CEO: Ms. Helen H. H. Li, B Bus (Aus)

Ms. Li, is a graduate of Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business Managment. She has extensive local and overseas commercial experience.
